– Treated wood
– Knotty-pine partition
– Ceiling and cladding(rhino boards) with option of insulation
– reated wood with waksol and mahogany
– We now fit interior doors and locks at no extra charge.
Excluded:
– Painting of rhino boards.
– Electrics and plumbing.
Payment method is 70% upfront and balance on completion unless the client wants it to be done either way for both parties to be safe and satisfied.
